Active Challenge:
Work out for 60 minutes
Nutritional Challenge:Salad day!!! For both meals.
Mind Challenge:get caught up at work
Body Challenge:Take a vitamins
Hydration Challenge: 4-5 glasses of water
Personal Challenge: get oprganized with work, home and wedding planning (have until this weekend to accomplish this)

I did so great...Did extra cardio and all my weights. Then I left and ate a Baby Ruth. WHY do I do such things???
Salad Day sounds good to me!! I'm gonna do that tomorrow! I'm doing my vitamins too and I think its helped with my whatever it is sickness I'm trying to kick!!!
