A good family friend died. I am going to his funeral tomorrow. He was 85. Such a great guy. He used to tease me all the time about getting married (or not being married). But I am happy for him. His wife died back in 1990 and he was so sad after that. Now he will get to spend eternity with her.....

Sorry to hear that a family friend has passed but it sounds like he will be happy to meet up with his wife.
I spy on your blog all the time from Averi's. I use to work at Carillon and knew Norman from there. Also, I went to Broadway Church of Christ with him. What a sweet man he really was!
